Queries for Security Testing

I have few concerns here. Can you please address those.

1. In the lab setup, we have to use Win Xp,7,10,2000 and there is no ISO and VM image present on Microsoft official site.
Can you please provide those on google drive and provide access to my email id? I am stuck on lab setup tutorial.

2. looks like no information on OWASP tools .OWASP is a buzzing word in penetration testing. I was looking for OWASP tools integration with jenkins DevSecOps - security integration of various security tools in CI/CD pipeline.

3. Is Coding knowledge required in Penetration testing?
As Coding is compulsory in today's age, it definitely helps you understand code and do secure code review and DevSecOps.

4. There is no Video on Interview questions, mock interview , resume preparation topics.
5. Can you also guide which certification we can complete like CEH , CISSP or CompTIA security or any other?
